Eucalyptus comes from far away and is a majestic tree that can grow up to 50 meters tall. The genus name Eucalyptus comes from the Greek eu, meaning "beautiful", and "kalyptus", meaning "to hide", "cover" or "veil". It refers to the flower whose petals are fused into a hard cap that detaches lid-like when blooming. The "hidden good" is therefore the particularly balsamic fruit.
