A parameter not to be overlooked in the choice of Essential Oil is the perfume most pleasing to the user. To facilitate this, Essential Oils are classified in Perfume Notes.
Olfactory Note - Head:
These are the scents of the first impact, of the first impression. Volatile, refreshing, stimulating with a light fragrance that evaporates in about two hours. Intense at first, they fade with the passage of time. High and subtle vibrations have a calming effect.
Olfactory Note - Heart:
They last longer than the Head scents and go straight to the heart. Soft, emotional, stimulating, harmonizing, calming, they develop slowly to evaporate in about three hours. They are perfumes, obtained from flowers and floral herbs, which seduce nose and heart. They have a wide, light frequency that leads to the heart.
Olfactory Notes - Base:
Much less volatile, they bring with them the pleasure of long duration. Harmonizing, reinforcing, calming, they reveal warmth and depth. They have a low frequency, dense with a warm, heavy, deep scent that leads to the earth.
