The organic extra-virgin olive oil flavoured with wild fennel is prepared on our farm estate in bardolino sul Garda. It comes from the combination of cold pressing of Italian olives from organic farming with the seeds of wild fennel grown on our estate. The Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil flavoured with fennel esveal comes from the ancient Mediterranean tradition of flavoured oils. From the infusion of wild fennel seeds in the oil we obtain extra virgin olive oil with fennel. It is particularly suitable to accompany a large number of dishes, especially pasta dishes that will be enriched with its magnificent fragrance.
Excellent for culinary use it is fabulous for dressing pasta dishes, for the preparation of preserves and is also suitable for preserving vegetables in jars.
